In celebration of the 81st Anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, Hotel Grand Saigon presents a special culinary journey at Rooftop Grand Lounge, where the distinctive flavors of Vietnam are reimagined through Fine Dining within the timeless setting of a historic 5-star hotel with over 90 years of heritage.

Inspired by the richness of Vietnamese cuisine, the 07-course Fine Dining Set Menu takes guests on a journey through signature ingredients and flavours from across the country. From ST25 rice of the Mekong Delta, Ha Long mantis shrimp, Phan Thiet green mussels and Phu Quoc squid to La Vong-style Salmon, each course offers a contemporary interpretation of Vietnam’s local culinary identity.

The journey begins with a Signature Welcome Drink specially crafted for the occasion, followed by a Fine Dining dinner. Each guest may choose one of three beverage options: one glass of wine, one bottle of beer, or one can of soft drink, with mineral water served throughout the evening. Guests may also opt for the Free Flow Wine package at VND 299,000++ per guest, offering unlimited wine throughout the event.

At Rooftop Grand Lounge, traditional cultural performances, a Traditional Vietnamese Music Ensemble, and the spectacular fireworks viewing from the 20th floor complete the journey, creating a memorable National Day celebration where cuisine, culture, and heritage come together in the heart of Saigon.
